Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will:
- Greet and check in/out patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Review treatment plans with patients
- Collect insurance information
- Process payments and manage accounts at time of service
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred but not required
