Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Recruiter in Auburn Hills, MI. Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for direct hire placements across multiple industries, including skilled trades, engineering, and executive-level roles. This position requires a high level of recruiting expertise, relationship management, and consultative partnership with clients and hiring managers. You will play a key role in helping professionals secure long-term career opportunities while delivering top talent solutions to our clients..
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely placements.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate activity and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate onboarding with candidates and clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service to candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Skill market top talent to generate new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly KPIs, placement targets, and revenue goals
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ATS systems is a plus.
- Willingness to support a team environment by assisting with a variety of positions, including light industrial and warehouse openings, as business needs demand
