Technical Qualifications
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (mills, lathes, multi-axis equipment)
- Experience reading and interpreting:
- Blueprints
- Engineering drawings
- GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Knowledge of G-code/M-code programming and making program edits at the machine
- Experience with Fanuc CNC controls
Production & Manufacturing Skills
- Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Perform machine setup and changeovers quickly to minimize downtime
- Meet production schedules in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Monitor machine performance and adjust offsets/tool wearl
- Strong use of precision measuring instruments:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Height gauges
- Conduct in-process inspection checks
- Maintain documentation and production records
Workplace Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize production demands
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts if needed
Education
- High school diploma or GED
5 years minimum experience. Please do not apply if you have less than 5 years experience
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
