American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position at a mid-to-large hospital in Illinois, requiring a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience and an active IL RN license.

Work in a Labor & Delivery unit at a mid-to-large hospital setting
-
Unit includes 14 labor rooms, 3 triage/overnight observation rooms, 2 ORs, 3 PACUs, and a 4-bed OBED off the unit
-
Unit averages approximately 230 deliveries per month
-
13-week contract
-
Schedule is 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3 shifts per week
-
Every other weekend and holiday coverage required

No on-call responsibilities

Active Illinois (IL) RN license required

Current BLS certification required

Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required

Experience in a mid-to-large hospital setting required

Provide nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients across a comprehensive unit that includes triage, observation, OR, and PACU components
