CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Duties:
*Able to establish personal relationships with outside medical facilities and personnel.
* Obtains documentation needed to file claims to insurance for medical equipment.
* Maintains customer records by updating account information.
* Performs thorough verification of insurance.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
