Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will help keep our clients’ homes clean, organized, and welcoming, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and care in every space.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other spaces thoroughly.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as scrubbing appliances, baseboards, blinds, and hard-to-reach areas.
- Handle move-in/move-out cleaning, ensuring homes are spotless for new residents.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Restock household supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a residential cleaner, housekeeper, or in move-in/move-out and deep cleaning is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safe handling of supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if traveling between client homes).
- Good communication and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
