Responsibilities

- Handle food items safely, maintaining proper storage and sanitation practices.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness.
- Support the kitchen team in meal preparation and serving during peak hours.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within the culinary industry.
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and menu planning is advantageous.
- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods are essential.
