Starting Salary
$65,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience, leadership ability, and qualifications.

What You’ll Do
As our Landscape Construction Foreman, you’ll lead high-end residential landscape installation projects from start to finish while setting the standard for professionalism, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
· Lead, motivate, and develop a professional landscape installation crew.
· Read and interpret landscape plans and oversee all phases of installation.
· Coordinate daily schedules, labor, materials, and equipment.
· Install and supervise irrigation, drainage, planting, trees, palms, sod, landscape lighting, hardscapes, and artificial turf.
· Operate skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, loaders, and other landscape construction equipment safely and efficiently.
· Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining our high standards of quality.
· Maintain safe, organized, and professional jobsites.
· Communicate effectively with homeowners, vendors, and management.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of every project and leads by example.
· Minimum 5 years of residential landscape construction experience.
· Previous experience leading a landscape installation crew.
· Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, irrigation, planting, hardscapes, landscape lighting, and artificial turf installation.
· Ability to read landscape plans and accurately lay out projects.
· Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, trenchers, and other landscape construction equipment.
· Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus).
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Spanish speaking is a plus.
· A commitment to producing exceptional workmanship every day.
