Role Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school
-
Active and good-standing membership with the California State Bar
-
4–6 years of experience handling wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions

Experience prosecuting employment litigation from inception through settlement or trial

Strong drafting skills, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
-
Experience preparing for and taking depositions, including defending depositions
-
Ability to independently manage court appearances and litigation strategy tasks
-
Demonstrated leadership experience supervising and mentoring junior attorneys and paralegals
-
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment
