Duties
- Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles within the dealership lot using manual transmission vehicles and proper parking procedures.
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and accurate transportation between locations or to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized lot by repositioning vehicles as needed and ensuring clear pathways for customer access.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting visitors, answering basic questions about vehicle availability, and directing guests to appropriate departments.
- Support dealership operations by handling cash transactions related to vehicle sales or services with accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status updates or lot needs using clear verbal skills.
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles for damage or cleanliness, reporting issues promptly to management.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in a dealership, retail, or hospitality environment is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Knowledge of parking procedures and basic retail math for cash handling transactions.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs.
- Experience as a delivery driver or cashier enhances your suitability for this energetic role.
