Reddy Raw & Affiliated Companies is a premier frozen food distributor located in the Meadowlands. We seek a customer service representative to join our team. Ideal applicant has experience in food distribution sales, broker background, or customer service experience with a corporate distributor such as Sysco, PFG, US Foods. Must be able to juggle a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Saleforce required. We offer a competitive salary based on experience including 401K, profit sharing, medical/dental benefits. Hours are IN-PERSON, Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry in spreadsheets and office software; update customer files and order statuses.
- Enter and process orders as received throughout the day
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Build established customer relationships
- Upsell for account growth
