A local Health system is looking for a Nurse Director, Perioperative Services for their Operating Room, PACU, SPU, SAME DAY Units and Central Processing department. Great opportunity to have work life balance with the support that is in place!
This a community Hospital that has surgeries range from Vascular, General, Orthopedics, Robotics, ENT, GYN, Urology and Bariatrics.

- The Nurse Director Perioperative reports to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), who demonstrates support and expertise in surgical services. C Suite leadership knows you and values your input!
- The Director is supported by a Nurse Manager who possesses substantial leadership experience. Additionally, the PACU Lead and CSP Supervisor have each been promoted and served in their respective roles for several years.
- The Small Surgical Services Department is preparing to expand its existing surgical service lines, you would be supporting the department as it moves forward with this next phase.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Surgical Services Nurse leader with operating room clinical experience to serve as a Nurse Director at a hospital that provides the support necessary for success, allowing time to be proactive and assist others.

Salary range and Benefits
- Salary range: $130,000 to $165,000

REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Nurse that has a Valid Nursing license and current.
- Recent Experience in Operating Room for at least 3 years.
- Leadership experience for 2 years or more in nurse leadership in the Operating Room.
