Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the front desk of Tracy’s Collision Center. This position supports communication between staff and customers and are responsible for generic office tasks and administrative work.
Essential Job Functions
- Answer phone calls and take messages, as needed.
- Maintain schedules and book appointments.
- Record and manage paperwork.
- Assist customers with various items and answer questions as they arise.
- Provide information and respond to customer requests.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED, required.
- 2-3 years of General office skills or experience in a related field.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
