Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings, etc.)
- Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service during events
- Execute plated, buffet, and cocktail-style service with precision
- Maintain timing and coordination with banquet captains and kitchen staff
- Clear tables and reset spaces efficiently throughout and after events
- Ensure event spaces remain clean, organized, and presentable
- Deliver a high level of service to guests at weddings, corporate events, and private functions
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of banquet, catering, or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong understanding of banquet service styles and etiquette
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
