Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Care Coordinator/Supervisor to lead our customer support team with enthusiasm and precision. Duties
- Respond to all customer emails
- Invoice adjustments
- Ensure customer change requests are entered in Alliant
- Print reports and invoices for production and service
- Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate with Production on special request availability and communicate back to customer
- Order garments and create work orders for garment changes
- Assist in training of all new OSAM’s
- Fill in for vacation, sick, holiday etc. for his/or her team including vacant routes
- Evaluate his/her team through daily check-ins & enter data
- Coordinate delivery of OSAM/Production errors
- Load last minute customer requests in trucks
- All other duties and assignments as communicated by management
- Type up contracts
- Register customers in Web Portal
- Fill out paperwork for OSAM’s missed punches
- Calculate OSAM hours weekly
- Create accounts/customers in Alliant
- Log emails/interactions with customers in SF
- Upload & update contracts in Alliant & SF
- Review Samsara safety inbox, ensure correct OSAM is assigned to trucks
- Put together agenda for monthly service meeting & help run the meeting
- Review any concerns/incidents with OSAM’s from Samsara
- Do write-ups/special occurrence paperwork
- Review OSAM’s timecard
- Call new applicants back and set up walkthroughs
- Do walkthroughs with potential new hires
- Help conduct interviews
- Filing paperwork
Experience
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and clean MVR
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge and use of Alliant, Salesforce, Excel, Samsara, Penske, and SharePoint
- Excellent verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work independently
- Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
