Compensation:
Earn a base salary plus commission, with a total earning potential of $60,000–$90,000. High-performing sales professionals have the opportunity to exceed six figures based on sales performance.
Duties for Success Include:
- Having exceptional customer service from the time a customer enters to when they leave
- A strong background in sales
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Create new and used sales quotas to exceed regularly
- Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
- Keeping the CRM System updated
- Maintaining a clean, appealing showroom floor
- Sell and have a genuine passion for the Harley-Davidson brand
- Previous experience in the automotive or powersports industry (preferred but not required)
- Must have M-endorsement on license
