Incumbents assist instructors, staff, faculty and students in the lab of an assigned program, and coordinate laboratory experiments and activities.
Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree related to the assigned program*

One (1) year related experience of assigned program or laboratory support
- Minimum Education Qualification can be substituted with an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Physical Requirements
Positions in this class typically require balancing, climbing, feeling, grasping, hearing, keyboarding, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motion, standing, stooping, talking, visual acuity, and walking. The work is very heavy work which requires exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Incumbents may be exposed to hazardous physical conditions, such as mechanical parts, electrical currents, and vibrations; atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, odors, gases, and poor ventilation; hazardous materials, such as chemicals, blood, and other bodily fluids; extreme temperatures; inadequate lighting; and intense noise.
