What You’ll Do
✔ Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems with precision and professionalism
✔ Lead installation crews and provide guidance to Installation Assistants
✔ Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Ideal Services with pride
✔ Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
✔ Ensure all installations meet local mechanical code requirements
✔ Utilize modern digital dispatching and invoicing technology (iPads/tablets)
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Current HVAC installation experience preferred
Strong leadership skills and team mentality
Knowledge of current HVAC installation techniques and best practices
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Clean criminal background and ability to pass drug screening
Must provide own hand tools and digital refrigerant gauges
Professional appearance and attitude
