Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (In Office)
Southern Chute, Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you'll work directly with customers, prepare service quotes, follow up on opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service from start to finish. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable preparing quotes and following up with customers. You'll play an important role in building customer relationships and helping convert service opportunities into completed work.
What You’ll do
- Prepare and send service quotes to customers.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes via phone and email.
- Answer customer questions regarding pricing and services.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure quotes are accurate.
- Maintain customer records and track quote activity.
- Schedule follow-ups and communicate with customers throughout the quoting process.
- Provide exceptional customer service while building strong customer relationships.
- Apply critical, independent, and analytical skills for complex situations
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Positive attitude with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to exercise proper time management skills
