What You’ll Do as a Sales Assistant:
- Speak with customers and business clients about AT&T products and services
- Explain wireless plans, internet options, pricing, and promotions
- Help customers enroll, upgrade, or switch services
- Build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Answer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Track sales activity, leads, and customer interactions
- Work with the team to meet daily and weekly sales goals
Qualifications for Sales Assistant:
- Customer service, B2B, AT&T technology, or sales experience is a plus
- Prior Sales Assistant experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Reliable transportation is preferred
