Our products are fully cooked, protein-forward, and reheatable in 60 seconds or less. We are focused on helping customers save time, reduce mess, and avoid the hassle of cooking raw chicken from scratch, while still making it easy to enjoy high-quality protein as part of their everyday routine.
We sell direct-to-consumer through our ecommerce platform and continue to expand into supermarkets across the NY/NJ Tri-State area.
As we grow, we are searching for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual to help capture content, tell our story, support our retail expansion, and help move the brand forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Event Coverage & Content Capture: Attend retail store launches, fitness events, and promotional pop-ups to capture engaging, high-quality photos and short-form video content (Reels for Instagram, Facebook and other Social Media Handles).
- Routine Social Media Posting: Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across our active social media channels.
- Asset Editing & AI Enhancement: Utilize basic video editing software and AI-assisted design models (e.g., Canva AI, Claude.ai or Chat GPT) to clean up product images and generate eye-catching promotional posters or digital flyers.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Engage with store managers, event coordinators, and fitness consumers on-site, representing the professional, high-energy culture of The Chicken Pound.
Requirements & Qualifications
- On-the-Move Requirements: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have reliable, independent transportation to travel to various event locations across the region.
- Social Media Native: Up-to-date with current short-form video trends, audio overlays, and platform algorithms (Instagram and TikTok).
- Tech & AI Savvy: Functional experience with basic smartphone video/photo capture, video editing apps, and a strong willingness or existing skill in utilizing AI design tools to speed up graphics creation.
- Passion for Fitness/Nutrition: An understanding of meal prepping, macro-tracking, or gym culture is a massive plus, as you will be speaking directly to our target demographic.
- Reliability: Excellent time management and communication skills—you will often work independently in the field.
