Pressure Vessel Welder/Fitter

Job Summary
R-V Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Pressure Vessel Welder/Fitter to fabricate and weld pressure vessels and heavy industrial equipment. Candidates must have strong experience with pressure vessel fabrication, blueprint reading, weld symbols, and multiple welding processes while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pressure vessel welding and fitting experience.
- Experience welding pressure vessels, tanks, ASME vessels, or heavy industrial equipment.
- Proficient in GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), FCAW (Flux-Core), and SAW (Submerged Arc Welding).
- Experience with Open Root welding.
- Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and AWS weld symbols.
- Experience fitting, layout, fabrication, and assembly of pressure vessels.
- Knowledge of weld procedures, quality control, and basic NDE (VT/LPT).
- Experience operating overhead cranes and fabrication shop equipment.
- Welding certification or formal welding training preferred.
- Ability to work either day or night shift.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
