We aim to be the digital town square for sports fans worldwide. In comparison, gamers enjoy products like Twitch, Rumble, and Kick, yet sports fans today instead currently rely on fragmented platforms like Twitter or Discord and phone group chats with friends. We aim to fix that.
The Role
We’re looking for an additional experienced full-stack developer to join the founding team.
This is an equity-only role initially, with the same risk profile as the existing founders. You’ll have real ownership, real influence, and a meaningful stake in what we’re building.
What You’ll Work On
Building and iterating on the MVP
Turning customer feedback into product decisions
Making pragmatic build vs. speed tradeoffs
Preparing the product for early customers
Who This Is a Good Fit For
- Minimum of 7 years of software development experience
- Strong background in software development with proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, AngularJS, Node.js, PHP, Python, and HTML
- You’re interested in ownership, not just a title
- You can commit meaningful time alongside other responsibilities
Equity & Commitment
Equity: 5%+ (depending on fit and involvement)
Vesting: Standard founder vesting
Salary: None initially, until seed round is closed
Time commitment: 35+ hrs/week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $1.00 per year
Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
