Job Description
The Fiber Installation Technician is responsible for the installation, testing, repair, and maintenance of fiber optic telecommunications equipment and infrastructure. This role performs both inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) installation work supporting fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), fiber-to-the-business (FTTB), and broadband network deployments.
The Fiber Installation Technician ensures high-quality installations while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards, company policies, and telecommunications industry best practices. This position requires strong technical & field operations skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide professional customer interactions when working in residential or commercial environments.
Document completed work, field modifications, and conduit conditions. Submit completed daily work report emails. Work may require evenings, weekends, overtime, or on-call support depending on service demand.
Local techs are preferred.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
