About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team from our Danvers office. You will play a key role in keeping deals moving — building presentation materials, preparing quote sheets, and capturing meeting notes so nothing falls through the cracks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced wholesale environment and wants to grow alongside a team working with major national retailers.
Responsibilities
- Develop polished sales presentations for customer meetings
- Prepare and manage accurate, up-to-date quote sheets
- Take detailed notes during sales meetings and distribute recaps
- Support the sales team with follow-up materials and correspondence
- Help organize and track deals across major retail accounts
What We Are Looking For
- Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, formulas, and data organization
- Expert PowerPoint skills — professional deck design and templates
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Experience in wholesale, retail, or sales support a plus
Location: 5 Federal St, Danvers, MA 01923 Schedule: Full-time, in-office — no travel required
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
