Duties
- Membership sales and retention
- Greet visitors at the front desk with enthusiasm and provide outstanding customer service
- Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and supply inventory
Requirements
- Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and document management
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Personal assistant or customer support experience is highly desirable
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
