River Haven Counseling is a growing private mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality counseling services in a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and personable Client Services Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our clients.

What You'll Do
As our Client Services Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in ensuring clients have a positive experience from the moment they contact our office.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries about our services
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
- Guide new clients through the intake and onboarding process
- Collect and organize required paperwork
- Maintain confidential client information in accordance with HIPAA
- Support clinicians with administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting office environment
- Monitor office supplies and assist with general office operations

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office coordinator
- Experience in a medical, counseling, or other healthcare setting is preferred
- Experience with scheduling software or electronic records is a plus
