Duties
- Perform oil changes using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely.
- Assist with tire service including rotation, replacement, and balancing.
- Support vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and basic inspections.
- Help with wheel alignments and brake inspections under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use.
- Communicate professionally with customers about their vehicle needs and services performed.
- Support the team with general maintenance tasks to ensure smooth shop operations.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge or interest in automotive repair and diagnostics.
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and basic automotive equipment preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Dealership or automotive service experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire service, and fluid checks.
