About the Systems Trainer Role:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute training plans for new customers on CRM, Operations, Accounting, and more.
- Train customers on the above using best practices
- Oversee and advise on the importing of customer data
- Ability to oversee and prepare a customer for accounting migrations and ‘Going Live”
- Document training sessions
Required:
- 3+ years of experience working as an office manager or in a similar position that involved Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and account reconciliation.
- Experience with previous business software such as Quickbooks, Salesforce, or other equivalent accounting/CRM applications.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrated skill with prioritization, organization, multitasking abilities, adaptability to process changes, and excellent attention to detail.
Preferred:
- An Associate's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience working as an Office Manager.
- Experience with business practices such as CRM, HR, Project Management, and Accounting.
- Proficiency with Excel, including the ability to handle basic formatting and equations, and basic skills with other MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace apps (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
