Lead day-to-day operations across assigned programs, contracts, and business units.
Develop and execute sector operating strategies aligned with company objectives.
Provide operational leadership for construction, facilities management, BOS, O&M, custodial, mission support, and related services.
Ensure contract performance meets customer, contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
Manage sector budgets, forecasting, profitability, labor planning, and resource utilization.
Partner with Finance to monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions.
Support Business Development with capture efforts, proposals, transitions, and growth initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, contracting officers, and key stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement, operational standardization, and best practices across the sector.
Collaborate with HR, Contracts, Procurement, IT, Safety, Quality, Legal, and other corporate support functions.
Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, company policies, and all applicable regulations.
Identify and mitigate operational risks while supporting business continuity planning.
Lead organizational change initiatives to improve operational performance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Lead, develop, and mentor regional, program, and site leadership teams.
Establish performance expectations, accountability, and operational excellence.
