We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Must be flexible to adapt to any area we need you to clean. Areas may change at any time and you may be asked to help in a different area. No need to apply if you arent flexible on this.
We are looking for flexible attitudes and a can do approach.
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity and ability to work independently
Shift is monday-friday 6pm-11pm weekends flexibly for covers is helpful
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.90 - $17.00 per hour
