What are the key, measurable goals for this role in the first 90-120 days? Successfully complete all onboarding, security, and mission-specific training requirements. Demonstrate proficiency in intelligence translation, transcription, and interpretation processes while meeting quality and timeliness standards. Achieve and maintain required accuracy rates on translated and transcribed products with minimal revisions. Independently support CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, and/or OSINT missions through the production of mission-ready language products. Successfully perform both simultaneous and consecutive interpretation during operational meetings, briefings, or intelligence engagements. Produce actionable intelligence reporting derived from foreign-language source materials. Establish effective working relationships with intelligence analysts, operators, and mission stakeholders while demonstrating reliability in a classified operational environment.
