Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver targeted speech-language therapy to students
- Work with a diverse range of ages, addressing expressive/receptive language, articulation, fluency, and practical social communication skills
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress and compliance with educational plans
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Advocate for students’ needs while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
