This is a full-time emergency department provider position. This position would entail (3) 12 hour shifts per week, and every 3rd weekend rotation, plus holiday rotation. This position will include day, evening, and night shift rotations.
This position is responsible for the provision and promotion of optimal patient care in the Emergency Department. This position will care for neonates, pediatric and adult patients.
- Current applicable Iowa license

Ability to manage cares for a varying acuity of patients from non-urgent to resuscitative

Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency department setting preferred

ATLS certification within 6-12 months of hire

BLS and ACLS upon hire

PALS within 6 months of hire

NRP within 6 months of hire

Drug Enforcement Agency permission to prescribe and maintained controlled substances

Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate

Child and Dependent Adult Mandatory Reporter upon hire
