Must-Have Requirements (Day 1 Solo Ready):
- 4+ years of solo residential service van experience.
- Strong customer communication skills—ability to build trust, explain complex issues simply, and comfortably present options to homeowners.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, complete panel upgrades, and present flat-rate pricing to homeowners independently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Own basic hand/power tools (we get it, red is life... but we accept yellow too!).
- Comfortable using a tablet for dispatching (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
What You'll Do:
- 90% Residential / 10% Commercial: Service upgrades, panel replacements, troubleshooting, EV chargers, and safety checks.
- Customer Interaction & Diagnostics: Communicate clearly with homeowners, diagnose electrical issues on-site, and present straightforward repair options on a tablet.
- Territory: North Atlanta within ~60 mins of Alpharetta/Roswell.
