Job Title: Analyst Programmer
Department: IT
Status: Full Time / Exempt
Reports To: Chief Information Officer
The Analyst Programmer is responsible for designing and implementing custom software solutions, integrating with external systems, and supporting legacy applications while contributing to modernization initiatives.
Essential Functions:

Maintains and supports multiple systems including, but not limited to ERP’s, e-commerce websites, and databases.

Demonstrates initiative and works independently as needed to accomplish responsibilities.

Manages technical projects including deadlines, tracking task progress, and reporting to stakeholders.

Acts as an escalation point for support teams during outages or degraded system performance.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with clients, senior management, sales reps, etc.

Intellectually curious. Ability to think beyond the basic confines of the role, review data, analyze user and customer needs, and present solutions based on these observations.
Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field, with three (3) or more years of experience as an analyst, developer, or related technical position; or an associate in information technology with five (5) or more years of experience; or 7 years' experience in a related analytical role

Strong proficiency with Microsoft T-SQL

Proficient with object-oriented programming languages (C#, X++ or related) and an understanding of software development life cycles
Preferred Qualifications, Not Required

Microsoft SQL Server – relational database design & understanding, performance tuning and monitoring

Web Development – ASP.net

Experience with X12, AX 2009 (X++) and legacy system analysis.

Power BI or SSRS report development
