The right candidate will work with Physical Therapy Assistants to carry out the plan of care, as well as collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure the best treatment plan for the patient.
Responsibilities
- Identify and meet patient goals and needs
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Motivate patients during visit to promote optimal function and outcomes
- Promote clients’ quality of life by improving ROM, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Consult and practice with other health professionals
- Evaluate, monitor, modify and communicate progress of patient
- Document patient care services in a timely manner
