About Us:
Willow Street Motors LLC is a licensed Michigan automotive recycler and parts supplier specializing in high-quality used OEM components. We operate a fast-paced indoor facility focused on inventory accuracy, efficient fulfillment, and strong online sales performance.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable team member to manage parts inventory, create online listings, and handle packaging and order fulfillment. This role is critical to ensuring our parts are accurately cataloged, professionally presented online, and shipped quickly to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain parts inventory within our inventory management system
· Create and update listings across multiple sales platforms, including eBay and Car-Part.com
· Accurately photograph, describe, and price automotive parts
· Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and organization of inventory within the warehouse
· Pull sold parts and prepare them for shipment
· Package items securely to prevent damage during transit
· Coordinate shipping using appropriate carriers and methods
· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
· Assist with general warehouse and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Basic computer proficiency (data entry, online platforms, etc.)
· Ability to learn inventory and listing software quickly
· Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
· Ability to lift and move automotive parts (varied weights)
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
· Automotive knowledge or parts experience is a plus (not required)
Preferred Experience:
· Experience with eBay or Facebook Marketplace
· Familiarity with automotive parts and vehicle systems
· Warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience
