Duties
- Support outside sales teams by coordinating client meetings, product demonstrations, and territory management activities
- Assist in lead generation efforts through cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns to identify new business opportunities
- Manage existing accounts with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Use CRM software such as LeadPro to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze sales data for strategic insights
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific strategies that maximize outreach and engagement
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support
Requirements
- Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales trends and identify growth opportunities
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively and handle technical sales discussions confidently
