Bluu is seeking a full time Equipment Coordinator.
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Job Responsibilities

Receive, review, and enter data in POS application into ERP and CRM systems

Communicate with business partners and customers to resolve incomplete application packages

Maintain merchants’ records, invoices, service programs and profiles

Check the data input in the billing system to ensure accuracy of final/monthly bill
-
Review and send out Equipmemt return/Insurance reminder/Fulfillment letters
-
Perform other related duties as assigned and necessary for departmental operations

Maintain strong working relationship with colleagues and sales representatives to ensure timely resolution of merchants’ POS system related needs and issues

Prepare and submit various monthly report to manager

Complete various assigned daily/monthly routine tasks complying with department/company policies and procedures
Qualifications

Must be a team-oriented individuals with willingness to learn and help merchants and team members

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
-
Strong attention to details, with consistent output and follow-through
-
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and professional phone etiquette
