POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor / Front Desk Associate to join our team. This is a part-time overnight position (11 PM – 7 AM) responsible for both guest service and basic accounting functions.
This is a hands-on role — you will be running the hotel overnight and closing out the business day.
COMPENSATION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFront Desk Operations
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out
- Handle reservations, walk-ins, and phone inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Night Audit / Reporting
- Run end-of-day (night audit) reports
- Balance daily transactions and verify accuracy
- Prepare daily revenue and occupancy reports
Security & Property Oversight
- Monitor hotel activity during overnight hours
- Address guest concerns or disturbances professionally
- Ensure safety and security of guests and property
Administrative Duties
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area
- Communicate with morning team for smooth shift transition
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic computer skills (PMS systems a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Reliable transportation and punctuality (non-negotiable)
