Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. Duties
- Supervise staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate logistics to optimize workflow and enhance service efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Lead training sessions for new employees, emphasizing safety protocols and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
- Machinery Experience a MUST
- Floor Tech Experience
- Carpet Extraction Experience
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing teams.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
- PM and Overnight Position Available.
