The HVAC Technician is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and light commercial customers.

Position: HVAC Service Technician
Schedule: Monday- Friday, Saturday rotation
Pay: Hourly, $25.00-$40.00 + commissions and incentives
Role Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Perform system maintenance and service and ensure compliance with safety protocols and local codes.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to optimize system efficiency.
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs or installations.
- Educate customers on system operation and maintenance tips.
- Uphold Tiger’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in excellent condition.
- Document all work performed and communicate with team members and clients.
Required Experience:
- At least two years of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance, or installation.
- HVAC certification (EPA Universal preferred).
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces or elevated areas.
- Capable of working in various weather conditions.
