Position Title: RN Home Health
Location: 2649 South Road, Suite 220, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601
Territory: Ulster & Dutchess County
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 08:30:00 AM - 05:00:00 PM, alternating weekends
**Locals accepted at a lower rate**
Provide home care to patients with a vast array of medical diagnoses, i.e. wound vacs, PleurX drains, dressing changes, PICC line dressing changes, nephrostomy tubes, ostomy care, blood draws, diabetes management, CHF Management (Congestive Heart Failure).
Must be comfortable practicing independently in all types of patient homes.
Strong clinical, interpersonal, and follow-through skills needed.
Travel is required – estimated 50-75 miles per day
Required:
- NY RN License
- BLS
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- HCHB (Home Care Home Base) EMR experince
- 1-3 years recent clinical experience
- Ability to travel & a working vehicle in good condition
Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per week
