Job Summary
Our growing law firm is seeking a
Full-Time Litigation Attorney with
at least five (5) years of litigation experience to join our collaborative team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will work alongside our managing partners on
business, real estate, and estate planning matters while representing clients through all stages of litigation.

Los Angeles/South Bay community by helping clients prevent and resolve disputes.

Responsibilities
The Litigation Attorney will:
- Prepare and draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings
- Conduct legal research
- Manage all phases of discovery
- Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, and trials
- Negotiate settlements
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Support the managing partners on litigation matters
- Perform administrative and case management responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide outstanding client service
Qualifications
- Active member of the California Bar in good standing
- 5+ years of experience as an Attorney handling both litigation and transactional matters
- Experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team
- Professional demeanor and ability to remain composed under pressure
