Job Description:
This position will be held responsible for performing a variety of physical labor tasks including but not limited to: shoveling, digging trenches, loading/unloading materials, and handling tools and supplies. Employees are responsible for performing such tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
This position is responsible to complete the following tasks:
- Shoveling soil and dirt for jobsite preparation
- Digging trenches, loading tools and supplies for daily tasks
- Assist equipment operator with maintenance, upkeep, and equipment clearance from underground and above ground hazards or obstacles
- Loading of supplies and tools for transportation to job site and daily use
- Perform daily safety maintenance checks
- Use proper lifting technique while performing lifting tasks
- The assembly and tear down of shoring, trench boxes, and other safety structures
- Following instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
- Use of hand tools in a safe and efficient manner

Job Qualifications/Experience/Education:
This position requires a self-motivated, reliable, and responsible individual.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0-2 years of experience preferred
- Ability to travel to job sites during all phases of a project
- Must be able to as a team
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting; minimum of 50lbs.
- Must be able to walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods of time
- Must have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, a problem solver, and a team player
- Ability to obtain Click Safety trainings and other necessary certifications as required
- Adhere to OSHA requirements
