Responsibilities:
- Crafting delicious, eye-catching cakes, cupcakes, cookies, biscotti & more
- Bringing baked goods to life with creative decorating and flawless presentation
- Following recipes while adding your own sense of pride and precision
- Keeping up with the buzz of a busy bakery (it’s never boring here!)
- Preparing custom orders that make customers’ special moments even sweeter
- Making sure every product meets our high-quality standards
- Supporting teammates and helping create an awesome customer experience
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of baking/decorating experience OR a culinary degree
- Basic computer skills (Word & Excel)
- Someone who can hustle in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
- A team player who can also work independently
- Comfortable being on your feet and staying active
- Flexible availability (weekends & holidays included)
- Food Protection Certification (or willingness to get it within 30 days)
