Join our dynamic manufacturing team at PMI Aersoapce in Rockford, Illinois as a CNC Grinder, where you will play a vital role in producing high-precision components through expert grinding techniques. You will primarily set up and operate Studer CNC grinding machines. Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will drive the success of our manufacturing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and develop your skills in a fast-paced Aerospace environment. Employee will ultimately be responsible for a grinding cell. Must be proficient in all Set/up, programming and operations of Studer, Okomoto CNC OD/ID Grinding Equipment. Ideal Candidate will have deep experience with programming and operation of Grinding & Honing equipment, ability to read blueprints, perform inspections, work in a factory setting. 1st Shift.
55 plus hours a week available but not required.
