Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Eligible for California state licensure
- Background in school settings or pediatric care preferred
- CFY candidates with pediatric or school SLP experience encouraged to apply
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Effective communicator able to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and create progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and regulations
- Offer guidance and support to parents and classroom staff to facilitate optimal student outcomes
