Job Overview
Regency Security Group is seeking a driven, professional, and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship driven sales, enjoys proactive outreach, and is confident communicating with property managers, construction professionals, facilities directors, asset managers, and commercial real estate teams.
As an SDR, you will play a critical role in expanding Regency Security Group’s presence by generating qualified opportunities, initiating conversations with prospective clients, and positioning our company as a trusted security partner. You will be responsible for introducing clients to our tailored security programs, real time reporting technology, and operational support solutions across multifamily, commercial, construction, retail, industrial, and mixed use properties.

Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to generate qualified leads and meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with decision makers including property managers, regional managers, facilities directors, construction project managers, asset managers, and ownership groups
- Introduce Regency Security Group’s services including standing guards, vehicle patrols, fire watch coverage, access control, concierge services, and overnight security programs
- Clearly communicate the value of our Guard Owl technology platform, including GPS tracked patrols, real time reporting visibility, photo documentation, and operational accountability
- Qualify opportunities by identifying client pain points, operational concerns, budget expectations, and service requirements
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, site walkthroughs, lunch meetings, and virtual presentations for senior leadership and business development directors
- Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline activity within CRM systems and ensure timely follow up on all leads and conversations
- Collaborate closely with leadership, operations, and marketing teams to support strategic growth initiatives and proposal development
- Stay informed on market activity, industry trends, and competitor positioning within the commercial security and property management industries
Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, account management, or client outreach preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage executive level decision makers
- Comfortable making outbound calls, conducting follow up outreach, and maintaining ongoing prospect communication
- Professional, polished, and relationship driven approach to sales
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment while managing multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar sales tools preferred
- Experience within security, commercial real estate, property management, construction, facilities, or service based industries is a plus, but not required
- Self motivated, coachable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing company culture

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
